Sold my 5th wheel to camping world, horrible experience. The purchasing agent Brian is a very poor communicator. They took 45 days for my payment to be sent out. Second they are shooting for the moon on there prices, they marked the camper up 30k from what they paid me for. So we will not be purchasing our new camper from this deployable dealership. I Do not recommend, Do Not purchase anything from this dealer, please read the reviews before doing business..

Sneaky, deceitful and liars is the best way to describe the experiences I've had with this store. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after they tacked on charges when we bought the camper that weren't discussed during the signing, like labor for fixing the camper window that was broke before we even bought it and they asked us what needed to be done before we bought it. Also got talked into some warranty that was described to us as a honey do list by 2 different people, come to find out not the case and only covers big things like the fridge or a/c unit, all this being found out when we made an appointment to get this "honey do" list done at the end of camping season. We were already on the fence about bring the camper here for winterizing since we knew how deceitful they were but they needed to fix the window that they didn't put in right in the first place. Got the work done was told it would be $400 get there to pay and was $900. Over the phone was told things would be covered by said warranty ended up not being the case but never had the decentse to call and let us know. Will not be back to this location. If you do go here don't use the salesman Danal is one of the worst salesman I've ever dealt with, arrogant and not helpful.

I just wanted to share my experience browsing and acquiring research/ information here for my upcoming first camper purchase. I worked with Jessica Schweiger, mostly via email as my job requires me to monitor various things all day. She was kind and courteous enough to adapt to my communication needs, and get me EXACTLY what I asked for without much back and forth. I really appreciate this experience, and when I finally do make the plunge, ill be looking for her first. If you want someone who will really go to get you the answers you want I suggest start with her. I'm sure they rest of her team isnt' too shabby either, but Ill leave that to others to review.

This is the our second time buying from camping world . The mistake was purchasing from them a second time knowing what we do about them.The first time we just didn't know any better . The first purchase wasn't from this location it was a different location. I guess we were hoping for different results. Just like the first purchase that process always goes great. The financing - great. It's always after that it starts going horribly wrong . You can't get a single answer about anything . Nobody will ever call you back- ever . My husband and I are 4 weeks in and 3 calls have yet to be returned. If you're wanting a good purchase experience then you'll get it. If you're wanting good experience AFTER your purchase. RUN this isn't the place . Not a single one of them . Shop elsewhere ! Edited to add if you think you're buying new and won't be back think again . Our second trip we didn't even make it to our destination. The bottom piece that holds in wiring etc was literally hanging from the bottom on our stop for gas . My husband did the best he could to rig it to get us 45 mins to our destination. Pulling into the campground men in every direction was flaging us down to let us know the bottom was dragging which we already knew . We had to make a trip to Menards and my husband had to fix it himself before we checked out to get back home .

Had the best experience at Camping World! Kolten Archuleta listened to what my husband Kraig and I were looking for and he found us the perfect damper! We had an excellent walk through with our camper. Mike Ely explained everything as we were first time buyers. So grateful for the Camper World Team! They are the best! Julie and Kraig Bahr

My husband and I have spent the past two years looking for an RV. We’ve been to quite a few dealerships, many of which seemed more concerned about the sale itself, and not our needs. This camping world was one of two places that made us feel like our interests were taken to heart. Everyone we’ve encountered at this camping world has been so incredibly kind! Damn, Danial was awesome showing us RVs and is an all around good dude. Very factual, knowledgeable, and relatable. Brian was our first contact and made sure we were taken care of. Griffin was the numbers man, and took the time to help us understand any and everything financing. All in all, this was a great experience. Would definitely recommend! I *EDIT* So…we got our beautiful RV delivered. Unfortunately, the wrong crew was sent to deliver. There are two “crew” options available. One that does a drop and go, the other that can help you set up the RV. The former (what came to us) is Not allowed to/supposed to back up while hooked up. Which, unfortunately, was not an option as far as our road works and where we needed it. While backing up the front of our new unit was damaged (minor cracks). The real kicker was that our vents were open upon delivery. Meaning that as this thing was stored outside, it was exposed to the elements. Very luckily there was little precipitation leading to that day, the most being delivery day (I think!) However, that was negligent on…whoever is supposed to check that over at camping world. THE GREAT NEWS—These guys have been with us every step of the way So Far. I am very optimistic that they will work their hardest with us to make this right! Will update as the situation progresses.

We had a great experience! Drove up from Kansas City because our local CW's didn't carry the Tracer Line. The Sales staff, the Service Tech's, and the Support group at the front desk were super friendly and super helpful. Our trade came in above the estimate. Even the boring part of signing the paper work was enjoyable and informative. To top things off. We stayed an extra day to attempt to check out all the local sites and restaurants everyone recommended. Quick Tip if ever visiting Saukville, Wisconsin or Camping World of Milwaukee. Check out Port Washington. Well worth the visit. Kolten was our point man and he was awesome. Thanks for the great deal! Wish we could have stayed a week up in that area.
